Our oil
Our olive groves give us two of the most typical varieties of our Sicily.

Processed and consumed in western Sicily, where it finds the ideal climatic conditions for its development, the biancolilla has a not very rich pulp but with a kernel that easily detaches, shortening the bottling time. As a pollinator, this plant can produce a considerable number of subtypes, which produce olives of different colors and oil with a more or less aromatic flavor.

Belonging it to the restricted category of the autochthonous Sicilian cultivars, it represents one of the most ancient typologies of olive tree. As testified the presence of numerous secular olive trees in our areas, it is an authentic product exclusive to Ventimiglia.
The olives of Calamigna, can be used for pressing and then the production of oil but not only. They can be used for consumption in the table because the fruits are quite large and rich in pulp.

Our productive address is represented by the oliviculture of both oil and table olives. The products that we market, all of our production and coming only from cultivations of the territory of Ventimiglia di Sicilia (Sicily), are:
